The ACHIEVE Medal System

AGES 5-12

The Fundamentals' ACHIEVE Girls Program has a primary goal to teach children not only to be proud of who they are, but to set goals for themselves as well.

We believe in building confidence into the learning process.  We recognize that when girls have a sense of Safety, Acceptance, and Inclusion they are in the optimal environment to Learn. The ultimate goal is to create the most positive and stimulating environment for girls to learn and SAIL. The confidence gained through Fundamentals' Gymnastics training will carry over into all aspects of their lives.

Curriculum is preplanned and progressive over a 16 week trimester. Girls participate in activities on bars, beam, vault and floor as well as strength and agility work beneficial to any sport or activity. All curriculum is based on USA-G National Standards. Girls graduate from USA-G Level’s 1 through 6 in our Programs based upon their ability to demonstrate minimum requirements for each level. At each step, students are awarded a medal in recognition of their hard work.  All coaches are certified and experienced.

We are open 6 days per week and have a variety of classes to choose from.

The Competitive Level Program offers compulsory competitive levels.
